E3D v6 Hotend holder for Orca 042

My old v10 hotend from Mendel-parts was almost broken and since Mendel-parts doesn't exist anymore I bought an E3D v6 hotend.

These 2 parts will let you attach an E3D v6 hotend to your Orca v042.

This design is my last one, I tried 2 others design before this one but it was not satisfying, the hotend was not fitted correctly.

With these parts, I didn't have any issues, it's solid and the hotend is firmly attach to the x-carriage.
