https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1616023 was a good design but I could not get the hole working. So I "liberated" it.
I also took the design of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1698937 with lowered top, but I have no confidence that the opened pieces with fit given my poorly tuned printer.
The two holes will hold an Apple lightning-lightning adapter and a lightning-USB Micro adapter.
