big gear for collaborative wade

remixed classic wade's gears to fit collaborative wade - nut socket is deeper so this allows more space for counter-nut (locking nut) and whole gear is thicker to survive more wear.

i've printed those with 8% infill and 3 extra shells + 4 top and bottom layers - it's enough.

44 gear version also uploaded, might be usefull for locknut small gears i've created earlier but it's untested.
