Handled Press Screws and Ball Bearing Inserter

To be used with mistertech's Fidget Spinner Press and bearing remover. Added handles to the two screws to make them easier to turn. Also made a shim to fit in the large side of the press to help in inserting ball bearings. Shim helps when ball bearing protrude outside of the printed object.
