Da Vicnci 2.0a X Tensioner Upgrade

This part replaces the x axis tensioner on the XYZ Da Vinci 2.0a. The original one broke, twice, while running and hurts the accuracy of the prints and over time will cause premature wear. This is the second upgrade revision and it has done away with the set screw completely.
