This spool holder mounts on the top screws of your LCD. It's a very snug fit and it's very strong and stiff.
When you use the factory supplied rod be sure to print 2 of the little clips (I printed mine at 95% scale to make them fit tightly around the holder) so that the rod cannot roll out on either side. Makes for a fast exchangeable filament holder :)
It's pretty tall and wide to fit a variety of spools (should fit anything).
