Swimbait remix

The hinges are improved for easier printing and durability.
The ends of the lure taper and are rotated to maintain a surface that is parallel to the printer bed .
All lures are exported in the correct orientation for printing.
Added several models with options for attaching hooks. See the cross-sections labeled pocket
