8mm split bushing allows for minor differences in rods and helps keep constant contact as it wears. I have yet to test this bushing on a printer.

Dimensions 15mm OD 24mm Height, The true ID is 7.98mm , this value may need tweaking depending on print quality.

I also added a 7.85mm version to add bit more spring pressure to the rod.
