Solidworks Y-axis belt tensioner part

I needed this belt tensioner as a Solidworks model for another project and this is what I came up with.

The parts are almost exactly the same as
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10274
but I made the tensioner 0,5mm taller to allow for fillet edges.
