Hinged Z-runner for Ormerod 2

I had some problems with the z-runner cracking at the hinge, and when I attempted to print a replacement I had repeated problems with the hinge gap filling in, so I remixed it to a two-part solution with a reinforced hinge.

Requires an extra M3x15mm bolt, M3 nut and a couple M3 washers in addition to the hardware of the original part. Also I needed a larger diameter bearing, though I had the same problem with the original part, so it may or may not apply to your machine.
