Bibo2 Touch feet to raise & cushion printer

Remixed to make it fit the Bibo2 Touch.

Changed the width of the grooves to fit the Bibo frame which is wider.
Made it solid so the whole thing can be printed in a flexible material like TPU, ninjaflex, etc... That way you set the infill according to the material you use and you can make it as solid or flexible as you want for the damper.
Also added 5mm to the base for added height and more cushion plus increased air flow under the printer to the help cool the power supply, electronics & z-
