A remix of the design of 3Dease (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2197979).
It has been added a simple bend in order to keep the filament from touching the lead screw.
Update
Added a version with a Ø4.2 guide for inserting a PTFE tube in order to avoid friction between the filament and the cover. TO BE TESTED!
