Makerbot Filament Guide Ring and tube

After experiencing some printing problems with the Makerbot 2x that we have at the lab we were constantly trying to make it work better. I noticed that even though there was a tube guiding the filament to the extruder it kept getting out of place, hence not actually doing its job.
