Every time I have two tube parts or a threaded rod or a bolt, the tube it is supposed to fit into is too big.
This handy generic spacer will make things fit.
I have used it for mannequin support panels, tv supports, fixing car parts, making big tubes fit small threaded rod for brackets and table legs. The uses are endless.
I have not got it to work with customizer yet, but if someone takes a crack at it ... cool .
