Fastenable version of lm8uu holder for Buback's Mendel / Prism Vertical X axis

I thought I'd rather be able to get sure the lm8uu doesn't move out of those holders, but I haven't tried yet so just in case I did a quick hack in OpenScad.

Not tested yet !

Would be usable only for Z bearings due to the way the X ones are attached.
