A slight change to the (excellent) V29 whistle by @jzisa that was remixed to the (even more excellent) compact whistle by @jrclem

This version just takes the compact whistle and cuts out parts that aren't absolutely necessary for function. Instead of having the lanyard hole at the end, they take up the negative space created by the whistle chamber (however, they are quite small - intended for fine cord). Edges are rounded and areas made hollow to reduce weight and ensure the whistle will fl
