This is a very easy timing belt tensioner that I created for the ANET A6 prusa (should work on any 6mm GT2 timing belt). Hand drawn, very strong. Print ABS, 100% infill. Use the clip on the other side (also 100% infill). I used PLA (in my enclosure) for clips before but they deformed after average hours of printing, so PLA can work temporary (many hours of printing!) but be sure to make it of ABS in the end.
