Because I'm impatient, I made endstop holders as small as I could without risking structural failure. These are based on the shape of the endstop mounts made by Allted, with the holes adjusted to fit mounting the endstops/limit switches made by MakerBot, since those were the cheapest on Amazon at the time. I hope someone else finds these useful!
