I designed this for someone who is into making [Egg in the Basket](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egg_in_the_basket) (I grew up calling it Toad in the Hole) - an egg fried into a circular hole cut in a slice of bread, so the bread soaks up the egg yolk. She wanted the perfect size cutter; I wanted to make it easy to use and comfortable on the hands.

The sine-wave grip in the center is nice to hold while you're twisting, and the faceted circle seems nice for cutting through the bread.
