Cell Phone Belt Holster Parts

These are replacement parts for my iBlason cell phone holster. I was tired of buying a case every few months so I made parts. The rivet usually breaks or the clip hinge. I beefed up the hinge and added thickness also external spring. Improved the rivet with fillets. Try to print the rivet at 45 degrees in order to prevent weak points. I used a cotter pin for the hinge but later drilled it out and used a 2mm (or 3mm) bolt. The finish will vary based on your printer but I used acetone to help. I h
