This is my first Fidget toy design. Its simple, elegant, and uses a single light weight R188 bearing with 2 x M4 nuts on each arm. the tolerances are tight enough that you should have to press the bearing and the nuts in and they will never come out. the cap is easy to put together and I recommend using CA glue or super glue to the inside of the hole before pressing it together, just don't use too much glue or it will gunk up your bearing.
