PokeSpinner - The Pokeball Fidget Spinner for B127/608

This is a remix that serves for two different goals:

1. Remix for a smaller size fidget spinner for B127 ball bearing (12.7mm Dia x 4.7mm Bore)

2. Normal size fidget spinner for 608 ball bearing (easier to make)
* modification that enables parts that are easier to print/assemble than original model
* modification that opens more space for weight, one might want to use, e.g., glass or metal ball instead of a nut
* Hemispheres have more even wall thicknesses - result is more even co
