This is a fan shroud that is designed to provide a vortex style cooling stream around the hot end of an AnyCubic Delta (pulley, Linear, or Linear-Plus).
Print it in a temperature resistant material. I printed V2 in PLA and it worked very well until I stopped a print very close to my heated print bed and without cooling air running thru the duct it overheated and deformed.
It is similar to the design by juhyukhong but I changed the cooling exits to a vortex style. I also added a open sided
