Gravity is a playful mechanical scales for cooking, inspired by ancient scales, it rests on a principle of cantilever and balance.

Its use is very simple, to weigh an ingredient it is enough to deposit it in its receptacle, then move horizontally the counterweight until reaching the point of equilibrium of the balance, indicated by a level with bubble. The weight in grams in front of the counterweight then corresponds to the mass of the ingredients poured into the receptacle.
