Colebrook Bosson Saunders Monitor Arm Clamp Disk

Someone installed some Colebrook Bosson Saunders monitor arms at our office by drilling into the desks and didn't leave the clamps that are supposed to be used. Rather than paying for the whole assembly ($43), since they don't offer individual pieces, I modeled this thing and my monitor has been held up strongly for about a year now.
