gLCD Mount and Upper Left Vertex for a MendelMax 1.0 and 1.5

This is a graphical LCD mount for the RepRapDiscount / RepRapShop.us control panel. It includes the generic mounts as well as a back which allows it to replace the upper left vertex on a MendelMax. It is as sturdy as the original piece and does not interfere with the extruder.
