Titan Aero bracket for D-Bot

Rigid extruder mount for E3D Titan Aero onto a D-Bot print carriage.
Includes a custom part cooler.
14/7/17 - Just included photos of the install. I've included slightly modified versions of the original front and rear print carriages. They have an extra mounting hole for the Titan bracket mount. The 3 mounting bolts go right through the whole print carriage.

I don't think you can get the Titan Aero any closer to the rail. It's a nice compact and very rigid mount.
