Prusa I3 Z-AXIS-TOP-LEFT-RIGHT-MODIFIED

This is the original part modified to include the 5mm threaded rod of the Z-Axis

Each top part needs to be used with a 675ZZ ball bearing that will allow the shaft rotation and avoid any left/right mooves.

Not test for the moment, left and right parts are in the same stl file
