CR-10 filament Guide (tighter PTFE tube)

I've just redid the original file with a tighter PTFE tube hole (4.0 mm. instead of 4.3). My PTFE tube remains firmly attached to the pice.
The part doesn't need any screws; it holds in place nicely with a little snap action.
