This is a Filament Guide and Hotend Cable Holder for the Creality CR-10 Printer.
It protects the filament from the Z-axis screw. Also it prevent the filament touch the z-screw and makes the filament greasy.
You can hang on the Hotend Cable under the Extruder clamp. So you have enough space for fingers.
You mount it with the two axis flanged screws - very easy and fast.
Look at the axis, because the cable holder should be on the left side
