Adjustable Glass Bed Bracket Updated

The original wasn't quite flush with the top of the glass bed plates I had gotten. And they are slightly smaller than the stock bed plate, so it still needs the inset. It is crucial to me for it to be flush because the extruders travel very close to the top of the plate.
