Brake Hose Clamp for Fox Float Fork

My eBay Fox Float 32 fork didn't come with a brake hose clamp. I got tired of using a cable tie so I printed this clamp to hold the hydraulic brake hose in place.
There's an indentation in the forks to sandwich a rubber pad behind the hose and keep it from sliding up/down through the clamp. I cut a small chunk of rubber out of an old bike tire. (5x8mm) A glob of hot glue would probably work just as well.
Screw is an M3x12mm.
