Very Compact Makerbot Extruder Variation

Heavily based on makedave's design.

Edit 10/2/14: Button positioning moved 3mm to the right after test fit.

Changes:
-Spacing for body made 1mm wider to fit stepper motor.
-Lower left wall on body removed (couldn't see a reason for it).
-Arm mirrored with normals fixed.
-Arc added to underside of arms to give them more travel.
-Arc expanded on upper right of arms to give them more travel.
-Plate file created to print all at once.

Button piece unchanged.
