You will need to drill two holes. The first is in the module lid (about 26mm in diameter) for this object to go through and another second is in the object to accommodate the grub screw from the base of the antenna.
The object should be pushed through the hole in the lid from the 'inside' of the lid. Then, just re-solder the antenna wire to the module board.
Obviously you'll have to re-solder the antenna onto the module.
