D-Duino V3 Case

This is a simple case for the [D-Duino](https://www.tindie.com/stores/lspoplove/) V3, an ESP8266/OLED development board. It is based on [this generic pcb box](https://github.com/michd/generic-pcb-box) with cutouts added for the screen and usb connector. The original design was also modified for a lower tolerance printer: the full-length pcb pins were shortened and the pin receivers removed. The board is now held in place by a ridge on the screen opening.
