replacement rostock ezstruder plate

part to replace back plate and ensure proper alignment of feed stock, even under pressure and load changes, it is still a work in progress. v4 has fixed area that allows lever arm to properly fit.

also included a pulley to print. it will last longer than the rubber one i listed earlier. I also include the picture changes i made to the originally included ezstruder for room of the pulley. it prints faster than to modify the original back plate. also you will need to rotate the bottom end 180 d
