SmartRap Alternative J-Head Mount

NOTE: This is from a much earlier version of the SmartRap. This will almost surely not work with any revisions from May or newer!

Beefed up the mount a bit so that I could put a 40mm fan onto the bracket for cooling the j-head as well as the print. Also changed over to a pneumatic fitting for the 4mm bowden cable.
