A collapsible, many armed, Lötgnu - Third hand, soldering aid, etc

I wanted a third hand that also included a circuit board clamp. The Lötgnu design for clamping circuit boards and cables struck me as a particularly elegant design.

and you end up with my somewhat inelegant solution. (The baseplate for mine is not as nice as it could be. There are certainly cleaner ways to achieve this).
