sun spinner remix

This is a very minimal update to the original Sun Spinner by AdamRW17. The shaft going through the spinner body was the same length as the spinners width which caused it to not spin freely. This could easily be remedied by putting a small piece of cardboard or tape into the bottom of the cut out in the spinner handle axle but because we are 3d printing here I just made a 1mm disk to fit into the bottom of the handle cut out. See picture for explanation. Of course this should be fixed by updating
