Six Bearing (really seven) Spinner

After I made my two-arm prototype spinner, I was asked to make a 3-armed spinner... BUT each arm should branch off into TWO "spinny things".

I immediately created a rough prototype which functioned just fine but looked terrible. This is the revised design. The print shown in the screenshots use MakerBot glow in the dark PLA filament
