Circular fan duct

As my hotend is not centered in the carriage (I'm using Greg's accessible extruder: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8252), I have adjusted this fan duct design to short it in 4mm (use on the left side of the carriage).

I have also added a clearance on the left side to allow space for the LM8UU bearing on both sides.
