Prusa 16x2 LCD Mount (only lcd, no buttons)

this is only a 16x2 lcd connected to a melzi board.

get a cheap 3€ 16x2 lcd at ebay, solder just some wires to the controller board and your done...

next steps is, to add a 20x4 lcd, buzzer and rotary click decoder or simple buttons.
i seen 20x4 lcd's on ebay for 10€...
but just to display temps and status, the 16x2 lcd works great for now.

i use the latest marlin firmware from github as because the one i used before had problems to work with 16x2 lcd, it controlled the wrong l
