I designed this Thing as a replacement for a missing Sim-Card Holder in a new "B-Ware" Thinpad Tablet where the sledge was missing.
I dont know how to call it correctly but i think its clear what it is.
You may need to sand it a bit, because my printer wasnt as exact as it should be.
