Davinci 1.0A with MK8 extruder

fitted a MK8 extruder directly to the davinci 1.0A without any mods drilling or cutting

thought I would share it as its a lot easier than all the other mods I have seen for
the troublesome stock extruder

used the original heater to save wiring the plug for the new heater

cut the connector off the original thermister and fitted it to the mk8 hotends thermister

it mounts in the same holes as the original stepper

fan is wired direcly to 12V
