FireMinion's Blow Top

My daughter has a top that looks like a flower and when you blow down onto it from above it spins like a top. Trying the same thing here except it looks more like a traditional top with a handle in the middle if you want to just spin it with your fingers. the slots in the sides of the top are kind of like fan blades, spin with your fingers and keep it spinning by blowing down on it from above.
