Prusa i3 MK2S: adjustable spool holder

I wanted an adjustable spool holder but didn't like the use of bearings. I prefer to have some tension on the filament.

I printed the two parts in 0,35 mm layer height. Only the thread was printed in 0,2 mm layer height. Print the base lying on the arm. Worked fine without supports for me.
