lm10uu y-axis bearing holder for single-sheet Prusa i3

This bearing holder allows the standard single-sheet Prusa i3 to use lm10uu bearings for the Y-axis. The bearings I had did not fit securely in the slots with zip ties.

As always, I have included the .scad files, so any modifications can be made. I love it when people remix my designs, so please make it better!
