Anet A8 Extruder Mounted Filament Guide / Runout Sensor (Optical)

I was messing around with another design, but the tolerance was off too much and I kept getting a bad signal. Once @ChrisMayhew pointed out this one was working for him... I got right on making it work for my setup! I couldn't find one quite like it!
