Customizable Temperature and Stringing calibration towers

Download and modify or use customizer to produce your own calibration tower. User your slicer to generate the Gcode then process with [process-file.rb](https://github.com/cgspeck/3dPrinterCalibration/blob/master/temperature-and-stringing/process-file.rb) (Ruby 2.4). Tested with Reprap gcode only.
