ABS print coated with molten metal!

This is an ABS print of a beautiful girl's face. As an experiment I had California Metal Spray (http://californiametalspray.com) arc spray it with molten zinc. The process involves a machine like a MIG welder with two zinc wires which arc off of each other and the resulting cloud of molten metal droplets is deposited on the workpiece by an air jet. This process is commonly done on metal, but it imparts so little heat that it is possible for a skilled operator to coat many different materials
